TORTAS DE INES ROSALES

These crackers are crisp yet not dry with a slight sweetness and even more slight anise flavor. They don't need any cheese adorned on them but instead are super tasty in between bites of cheese on their own. Every time I include them on our cheese platters someone asks me about them.
