Current Favorite Hotel in the Napa area!

Great rooms with outdoor space and a really peaceful setting plus excellent staff. It also happens to be LEED Platinum certified (the highest level)! This is our favorite hotel in the Napa area at the moment as it is wonderful AND located right in Yountville which is home to many great restaurants all in walking distance from the hotel! It is really nice to have been out all day and then come back to the hotel, refresh is you want and then walk to dinner and stroll back afterwards.

Plus, Yountville just has a really nice vibe. For places to eat, there is of course the French Laundry, its kitchen is currently being renovated but it has recently opened a temporary kitchen (out of shipping containers) and is apparently easier to get into.

One of our favorite restaurants is Bistro Jeanty, so so good, a casual french place - reservations strongly encouraged. Bouchon Bistro is always nice, if cauliflower soup is on the menu, order it - amazing! Bottega is another nice spot, Italian. Bouchon Bakery is worth a stop but go early as the line gets long. I have always enjoyed the TLC cookie but my new favorite is the cinnamon bun, it is to die for. The bread has a perfect luxe texture, the amount of cinnamon is perfect, it is sweet without being too sweet and the frosting is the perfect complement. Warning that the coffee is not the best, at least the drip and Americanos, too bitter. If you do room service at the hotel, the french toast is worth the calories, best I have every had. My husband got the chilliquiles and it was very tasty. I loved their green juice and had one every day.
